Description

Modern water analysis techniques make it possible to observe how trace elements are consumed in marine aquariums. The Ion Elements System by Nyos® was developed based on these new findings.

Corals constantly consume calcium to form their calcareous skeletons - therefore, calcium needs to be added to maintain the balance in your saltwater aquarium. Use the Ion-B Ca/Mg+ Powder to mix a concentrated solution that increases the magnesium and calcium levels. It also contains strontium, potassium and boron for ion equalisation.

Application:

  • 1122 g can: Dissolve the entire contents in 2.4 L of osmosis water - this makes 3 L of CA/MG+ solution.
  • 2245 g can: Dissolve the entire contents in 4.8 L of osmosis water - this makes 6 L of CA/MG+ solution.
  • Adjust the dosage so that the daily Ca consumption is balanced.
  • 1 L of the solution contains approx. 72,000 mg Ca.
  • Recommended dosage: 5-10 ml/day per 100 litres of aquarium water.
