JBL Fixol is an adhesive for photo backgrounds in aquariums and terrariums.

A natural-looking environment
Fish need more than plants and caves to feel at ease. A suitable background can also help provide a sense of shelter, as no danger can approach from that side of the tank. A background is useful not only for the fish, but also for concealing less attractive technical equipment. It adds atmosphere to the aquarium while helping create a more comfortable environment for its inhabitants. JBL Fixol ensures a clear, attractive finish with no distracting reflections or unsightly air bubbles between the glass and the film. This gives the background film a more premium, three-dimensional appearance.

Use
Cut the background film so that it is around 1 cm smaller on all sides than the aquarium or terrarium panel. Place the aquarium or terrarium front side down on a sufficiently stable surface. Apply one outer capful of JBL Fixol roughly to the centre of the rear panel. Position the cut film and use the included scraper to smooth it out from the centre towards the edges, removing any bubbles. Excess adhesive can be wiped away with a cloth or tissue paper. Secure the background around the edges with transparent adhesive tape. The adhesive can be removed at any time using clean water.

Tip
JBL Fixol is not suitable for background films with a matt surface, 3D effect or paper backing.
