I always use genuine Juwel filter medium now
Found that using genuine Juwel filter medium as compared to compatibles is much better for my aquarium as they peform as they should

Juwel Filter Sponge bioPlus - Fine
It's best to use the original product. I find these the best to fit my ecco filter.

Juwel BioPlus fine
Have used these many times, tried cheaper copies but have had issues with them, so switched back to Juwel which have worked well.
