Perfect for your garden pond: the elegant, rose-pink blooms of LAWANA's Nymphaea Natura Coco "Fabiola". Thanks to an innovative cultivation process using biodegradable coconut fibres, this water lily is robust enough that you can place it directly into your pond without additional soil.

Perfect at water depths between 30 and 100 cm, "Fabiola" transforms your pond into a radiant sea of flowers from May through August. This hardy beauty is remarkably resilient, withstanding temperatures as low as –25°C, ensuring it remains a durable and low-maintenance centrepiece for years to come. The natural coconut fibres provide exceptional stability while supporting an eco-friendly approach to your private natural paradise.

Application:

• Preparation: Remove the plant from its packaging. Both the protective netting and the coconut fibres are biodegradable and designed to be placed directly into the water.
• Site Selection: Choose a very sunny location with minimal water current to ensure optimal blooming.
• Planting: You can place the root ball in a planting basket, bury it in the pond substrate, or, thanks to the integrated weights in the netting, simply let it sink to the desired spot on the bottom.
• Growth Boost: Once the first leaves reach the surface, support the plant with a quality pond fertiliser for intense flower colours.
• Pruning: Regularly remove spent flowers and leaves to extend the blooming period, and cut the lily back completely in autumn.
• Overwintering: The plant can remain in the pond as long as the water does not freeze solid to the bottom. Alternatively, store it in a dark and moist container outside the water.
